Why we exist

Good tools should leave more energy for the garden.

Dacha work is physical, practical, and often squeezed into a weekend. We started Fern Meteor to make the jobs between planting and harvest less punishing, with electric tools that start immediately, handle predictably, and fit the scale of an ordinary plot.

That means choosing a pump that reaches a shallow barrel, a trimmer that can follow a narrow path, or a drill that lives comfortably in a small shed. The details matter because the work is real.

Where we began

From one shed, one pump, and a list of recurring problems.

Our first conversations happened with gardeners who were tired of carrying fuel, clearing blocked equipment, and finding that replacement parts disappeared after one season. We began by comparing the tools that people actually kept using.

That small catalogue grew through recommendations from dacha owners in Chiba, Saitama, and the western Tokyo suburbs. Today, every new product still has to answer the same question: will this make a familiar job noticeably easier?

We supply electric grass trimmers, submersible pumps, cordless power tools, hedge trimmers, surface pumps, and seasonal cleanup equipment. Products are organised by the job they solve, so you can begin with “the path floods” or “the hedge has grown out” instead of decoding a model number.

Our Tokyo team helps with power sources, hose connections, cutting widths, battery compatibility, delivery details, and warranty questions. For small businesses and community gardens, we can also prepare equipment lists and discuss repeat-order pricing.
